All rentals include the instrument, valve oil, and case. Mouthpieces will be included for basic instrument rentals (Bb trumpet, single french horn, trombone no trigger). Other instruments are considered specialty instrument rentals, which will not include a mouthpiece by default; please inquire for further details.
Basic repairs are included in instrument rentals, which occur from standard use. However, the customer is still liable for damage beyond wear-and-tear, or resulting from negligence. Policy is more lenient for basic instruments, as they are expected to be in the hands of less-experienced players than a specialty instrument may be. For clarification, please reach out.
Rental prices do not include shipping. Local pickup in the Denver, CO area is encouraged (to minimize shipping costs).
Rentals costs are monthly, and due at the beginning of every month, and valid until the following month on the preceding day. May be canceled at any time. See full agreement for details on payments and contract breakage/release policies. The instrument remains property of The Brasswind Network for the duration of the rental period.
Rentals are rent-to-own, with an 75% conversion rate (for every $1 paid for rental fees (before tax), 75¢ are credited toward the buyout. If buyout value is naturally reached, then the instrument will be transferred to the client permanently. Credit expires 2-months after rental is returned, and can only be applied to purchase of an instrument. Terms and exclusions apply, and are spelled out fully in the rental agreement.
